A: Notify me right away! ( please remove the two _ from the address) _stephanie_@limedaisy.com, give me the site URL, and their e-mail address, I'll set them straight. Next change the link of the item. If you catch anyone doing that it is stealing and taking away from the bandwidth that this site shares not only for your site but the other people who are hosted here as well. It costs money and if they are stealing they can be charged with criminal charges.
Q: I have been getting e-mails from staff@limedaisy.com and other Lime Daisy e-mail addresses, are they from you?
A: No they are not from me, I only use two e-mail addresses, ( please remove the two _ from the address) _stephanie_@limedaisy.com & rotation@limedaisy.com those are fake e-mails pretending to be from me, please delete these messages right away! I suspect they're virus'.
Q: Once I'm logged on to my FTP account which of the 3 folders do I use?
A: When you are ready to upload pages to your website, you click on the folder that is your site's address ex: subdomain.limedaisy.com would be the folder you would put your site pages into.
Q: How do I upload the pages onto my site once in the folder?
A: To upload your pages you can either right click on the file or files click copy, go to your FTP folder right click and paste the files. Or an easier way would be to click and hold on the files you want to upload, drag those over to the FTP folder and Tada! The pages can now be seen through your site.
Q: Sometimes my site doesn't show up, why?
A: It cold be one of several reasons:
#1. My host maybe working on the server for updates thus causing all sites to go down that are apart of LimeDaisy. A good way to find if this is the reason check other sites that are hosted with Lime Daisy.
#2. I've gone through and noticed the rules were not being followed; an e-mail from myself will be sent (if this is the case) as a first and final warning. If there is no reply or no improvement on the site within the time given the site will be deleted. There will not be a second e-mail notifying individuals of deletion.
